Unsere Tochter hatte im Urlaub leider eine Augenentzündung. Nachdem die Apotheke keine ausreichende Linderung brachte, suchten wir am nächsten Tag gezielt ärztliche Hilfe – der Kontakt lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp, und Tania, die Arztassistentin, antwortete sofort, umfassend und sehr freundlich.
Die Kommunikation funktioniert problemlos auf Deutsch (neben spanisch, sind auch Englisch und weiter Sprachen möglich): Tania übersetzt und ist auch beim Termin selbst dabei. Nach der Bestätigung des kurzfristig eingeschobenen Termins, noch am selben Tag, kam per WhatsApp gleich noch der genaue Standort und die Termindaten – auch der Preis für die Konsultation war fair. Es handelt sich um eine moderne Praxis gleich beim Centro Cultural Nuestra Señora del Carmen - Antigua Azucarera.
Frau Dr. Gálvez kümmerte sich kompetent und einfühlsam um unsere Tochter, sodass der restliche Urlaub ohne größere Einschränkungen weiterging. Danke für den spontanen Termin und die freundliche, schnelle Behandlung – das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Danke!

En mi caso , un caso difícil. Por padecer ojo seco severo. No tengo solo palabras de agradecimiento tanto para los doctores, como para las chicas de la clínica. Una labor , excelente de más de 5 estrellas . Todo funciona , horario , fechas , empatia y cariño y una profesionalidad que no tengo palabras
